Service Agreement

 

For your convenience and to ensure quality control we will do a thorough walk-through prior to detailing to assess what needs to be done.

If after your inspection, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue the next day. We also ask that all items be removed from the compartments prior to our arrival we are not responsible for loss or damage to your belongings.


THE ACE TEAM 

We provide all equipment and supplies. Our detailers usually work in teams of two depending on the size of the job. They are highly trained, experienced and skilled in  detailing. 


GRATUITY

Although a gratuity is not expected or required, the detail team members certainly welcome it! A great way to show the team your appreciation is with a gratuity. The amount of gratuity is split equally among the members of the team. You may leave a cash gratuity for the team or you may use a credit card.


DETERMINING THE COST OF YOUR DETAILING

Our detail specialist must conduct a walk-through before they can give you a quote in writing. However, after the first or subsequent detail job, if we determine we need to adjust the detailing fee, we will email you or call with the new dollar amount. You have the option of not agreeing to the change and void the Agreement. 


PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due in full upon completion of the job. 


WEATHER

In severe weather, we may determine it is not safe to travel and/or carry equipment and supplies to your boat; therefore, your detailing service for that day will be cancelled. When this occurs, we will reschedule in writing via email or phone call. 


ACCIDENTS/DAMAGE

Because of the nature of our business, our staff is required to touch, step on, kneel on, or lean against virtually everything on and in your boat. We are as careful as possible; however, if something does get damaged while detailing your boat, our staff is instructed to call the client at once and to leave a note advising you of the incident. The office will also follow-up with a phone call or email to you to determine the best course of action. Ace Marine Detailing  is not responsible for the normal aging of your boat, or the replacing of any part due to aging.  Ace Marine Detailing LLC  is fully licensed and insured.


PROVIDING FEEDBACK

Since boat detailing is a very personalized service we are always asking for detailing feedback. Please send an email or use our contact form on the website and let us know if there are ANY concerns or positive comments -- good or bad. This feedback is essential to serve you better, to correct any problems and to pass on these comments to our detailers. 


EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES

We provide our own detailing supplies and equipment including vacuums, mops, brushes, and detailing products. Should you choose to supply specific products for our employees to use then you agree to take responsibility for the outcome. Customer is required to provide running water and a hose bib connection.
